Crockpot BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken breast
1 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite; I personally love Kinders BBQ sauce)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar (optional, for a sweeter flavor)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Pour the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar (optional), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika over the chicken, making sure it's well-coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Use two forks to shred the chicken. Life hack: you can also throw the cooked chicken in a Kitchen Aid and use the whisk attachment to make shredding super easy and fast!
Add chicken back to crockpot and stir to coat evenly in the sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed and enjoy!

Flavor Tips for Customizing
Want to switch up the flavor? Here are a few simple variations:
Smoky heat: Add a dash of hot sauce or smoked paprika for a spicy, smoky kick.
Honey BBQ: Swap the brown sugar for honey to add natural sweetness and depth.
Herb-Infused: Toss in a sprig of rosemary or thyme for an aromatic twist that will take your BBQ chicken to the next level!
