How to serve Dill Pickle Chicken Salad:

This recipe is honestly delicious by itself but if you’re wanting a more balanced snack, pair it with a complex carb, like whole wheat crackers or spread on top of a piece of toasted whole wheat bread. This would also make a great dip for sliced vegetables like cucumber or carrot chips.

Recipe variations & tips:

  • Use a rotisserie chicken to save time, or leftover shredded chicken works just as well.

  • Fresh dill enhances the flavor, but if you’re using dried dill, start with 1 tsp and adjust to taste.

  • For an extra pop of flavor, add chopped chives or a dash of garlic powder to the recipe.
