Oreo Protein Balls

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls (a small cookie scooper works best for this) and freeze for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

Servings: makes 10 protein balls

Macros per serving (2 balls): 210 cals | 9g fat | 16g carbs | 16g protein

Cooking notes:

Different brands of protein powder and coconut flour will vary in texture, which may also skew the texture and consistency of the dough. If the dough is too sticky, add 1 TBSP. of water at a time until you’ve reached desired thickness. If the dough is too thin, add more coconut flour.

How to Customize:
  • Swap the vanilla protein powder for Oreo-flavored protein powder to really elevate that Oreo flavor

  • Add some dark chocolate chips or a drizzle of melted white chocolate for an extra indulgent touch

  • Double the recipe to have extra protein balls on hand at all times

Serving & Storing Tips:

These Oreo protein balls are best served chilled. You can store them in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them for up to a month—if they last that long! Grab a couple when you need a quick pick-me-up or snack on them after a workout to refuel
