This Pumpkin Fruit Dip is everything you love about autumn in one sweet, velvety bite! Blended with the rich taste of pumpkin, warm spices, and a hint of sweetness, it's perfect for pairing with your favorite fruits, graham crackers, or even just a spoon (we won’t judge!)
If you're craving the cozy flavors of fall, this Pumpkin Fruit Dip is just what you need! Made with real pumpkin, spiced to perfection with cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and a dash of vanilla, it's a deliciously creamy dip that transforms any snack into a seasonal treat.
Whether you're hosting a festive fall gathering, whipping up a quick afternoon snack, or looking for a lighter dessert option, this dip has you covered. Pair it with crisp apples, crunchy graham crackers, or even pretzels for a sweet and salty twist. The best part? It’s a crowd-pleaser that’s so simple to make, you’ll want to keep it in your fridge all season long.
Why you’ll love it:
Deliciously Creamy: Silky smooth texture that melts in your mouth. Cottage cheese is the perfect base for this dip because it’s so creamy, blends into a perfectly smooth texture, and has a mild flavor that gives this dip a subtle cheesecake vibe. It’s a great substitute for recipes that have a creamy base, like cream cheese.
High protein: cottage cheese is a great source of protein (~14g per half cup), so it works super well for turning your favorite indulgent desserts into a healthier option.
Endless pairing possibilities: Pair with fruits, crackers, or whatever satisfies your craving!

1.5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Store in an air-tight tupperware container for up to 4 days.
Servings: ~6
Macros per serving: 106cals | 2g fat | 12g carbs | 10g protein
Recipe variations:
Feel free to swap cottage cheese for plain, Greek yogurt (it will have a slightly different flavor but an equally high protein option)
Not a sugar-free syrup fan? Swap for regular maple syrup (note this will change the nutrition and macronutrient information)
Top with whipped cream for an extra sweet treat
