Skinny Mint Mojito


I never used to like mint mojitos! I always opted for the sweet, calorie and sugar filled drinks (clearly that was a loooong time ago hehe). Vodka + soda water is typically my go-to, but this is slowly becoming a close second! This Skinny Mint Mojito is a healthy twist on your traditional mojito and it’s seriously so simple! Just a few swaps and bam – you’ll find yourself saving over 100 calories!

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1 C club soda/soda water
  • 2-4 mint leaves
  • 1-2 stevia packets *you can use stevia drops as well*
  • Splash of fresh lime


  1. Using a muddler, lightly mash mint. Set aside
  2. In a shaker, combine the remaining ingredients, including a couple pieces of the crushed mint leaves.
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
