Watermelon & Feta Salad
Diced watermelon, a sprinkle of feta and garnished with chopped basil! This may seem like the most random combo ever BUT it is so refreshing, healthy & light 😉 Perfect for summer time!
- 1/2 medium-size watermelon, cubed
- 2 oz. reduced-fat feta cheese
- Garnish: chopped basil
- Chop watermelon into bite size cubes & garnish with feta cheese and chopped basil.
- Serve & enjoy immediately!
